Campaign Staff

My campaign staff comes from all over town, from various walks of life and diverse political persuasions. What they have in common is that they are overachievers, they love the community, and they keep the candidate laughing.

Zachary Christensen
Campaign Manager

Also known as "Z-Man," Zach is what makes this campaign swing. Literally. He danced his way through BYU on the Swing Team and managed to graduate in Political Science at the same time. Sorry, ladies, he's married.

Leslie Dalton
Sign Master

Arguably American Fork's best blogger, Leslie also serves as Health Commissioner for the Utah State PTA. Her exploits include leaping tall legislatures with a single bound and eradicating all junk food from the public schools. Okay, actually she's still working on the junk food. But she did succeed in placing signs at the homes of all of you who asked for them.

Janice Ottosen
Sign Minion

In addition to making Leslie feel powerful, Janice volunteers on Wednesdays for the American Fork Literacy Center. Her job with the campaign is to place signs at the homes of people who never heard of the candidate. First she talks them into voting for Heidi. Fortunately, she is an experienced real estate agent and excels at this.

Shauna Dunn
Doorhanger Diva

Recently seen addressing the City Council dressed as a pirate (or bookaneer), Shauna is also a Book Diva, and she has the license plate to prove it. Shauna serves on the city's Library Board and home-schools That Amazing Dunn Family. In spare moments, she makes sure that all the doorhangers get to all the doorknobs. She is rumored to be working on her Wonder Woman costume for her next City Council appearance.

Bret Dalton
Photographer

Bret excels at making the candidate smile, even at the prospect of facing another four years. View his amazing work at the Steel Days Art Show every summer or at his Web site.

Michelle Draper
Treasurer

Accountant and office manager for Pine Valley Realty, Michelle keeps the campaign's books and also runs marathons. We wonder which is the more difficult.

Kylene Pace
Graphic Artist

Did you know that there are 1001 shades of red? Kylene knows them all. She makes the campaign look good, designing ads and flyers and making sure the printer gets just the right shade of red.
