In her role at Honolulu Hale, working with City Council Chair Ernie Martin, Heidi has worked diligently with City Departments on the rehabilitation of major thoroughfares such as California Avenue and Meheula Parkway, and the repaving of nearly every City-owned residential roadway in the District.
She has also worked on Community Improvement Projects, including upgrades to Wahiawa District Park Swimming Pool, replacement of play apparatus at Iliahi Community Park and Wahiawa District Park, installation of the Whitmore Village sign, and construction of basketball courts at Mililani Mauka District Park.
